Adopting A Young Kitten

Please note that we do not adopt out single young kittens under 3 months old into homes that do not have an existing cat under 1 year old. For our reasoning on this please search the internet for Single Kitten Syndrome and related articles.

Kittens Over 3 Months Old

If kittens are over 3 months of age and are not bonded with another we will rehome them to families that have a young cat under 2 years old.

Young Momma Cats

We will rehome young moms that are friendly to homes we feel will best suit the family and the cat. Some are used to being alone and some prefer feline company.

Applications Not Meeting Our Guidelines

Please note that if your application does not meet these guidelines we will not move forward with the viewing and due to a shortage of volunteers at this time you will not receive a response.

Steps to adoption - please follow in order

Check here, PetFinder and on our Facebook page for kittens and cats being listed for adoption.

(priority will be given to adopters looking at bonded pairs)

Once the kittens or cat is posted set up an appointment for a viewing by filling out the form below.

NOTE ANY FORMS SENT BEFORE KITTENS ARE POSTED WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON FB FOR ADOPTION DAYS

After viewing the kitten or cat of your choice you will fill out an ADOPTION APPLICATION. We take applications for up to 5 days before matching the kitten with the best possible home for them.

If you are chosen our adoption coordinator will contact you by email or text with the good news and to make an appointment to pick up your new kitten.

At this point you will be sent a text with a link to complete the ADOPTION AGREEMENT and make payment. Please print the Agreement (if you can) and bring it when picking up your kittens.

Print out a copy of BRINGING YOUR KITTEN HOME that contains tips and tricks to help you and your new family member transition into their forever home. SEE THE LINK BELOW.

Bring a carrier and a soft blanket to pick up your kitten.

Kittens

Single kitten $295 Bonded Pair $490 NOTE: The adoption fee includes everything listed below.

1st Vaccines

FVRCP (requires 2 boosters), Rabies vaccine for kittens over 16 weeks

De-wormer/De-flea

Strongid, Safeguard, Evicto + any other required

Microchipping

Microchip & Registration

Spay/Neuter Voucher

Voucher for spay/neuter

High Quality Food (Wet, Dry and Formula)

Our kittens fed Royal Canin high quality kitten foods.

Ongoing Telephone Support

We will help you through any issues you may have and will answer all questions.

All Vet Appts and Medications

Many kittens coming from outside arrive sick and in need of medications for URI's or other viruses.

FIV/FeLV Testing

1 test per family (litter)

Supplements

Probiotics (all kittens and cats) Lysine (where required)

Wellness Vet Checks

Wellness checks to get ready for adoption

Nail Clipping Training

We will show you how to clip your kittens claws if requested
